  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Select international destinations

If your location is not available at checkout, shipping to your country may not be supported at this time.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Carrier issues or customs clearance
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your order appears lost, contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
