Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Nishova. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility (15 Days)

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used, damaged, or altered items (not due to our error)

3. Return Process

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at nishovastore@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
